My sincere condolences to Brittany Moore and her children. Only animal lovers who view their pets as beloved companions can fully empathize with the senseless shooting death of Ava, the family dog.
Colorado dog owners should be on notice that man?s best friend must be safely confined when police are called. Apparently, in the eyes of law enforcement, your pet is a threat.
